How to Play Minesweeper

Minesweeper is the timeless single-player logic puzzle game. The goal is to clear the board without detonating any hidden landmines, using clues about neighboring mines in each field.

Controls

• Left Click / Tap: Uncover a tile. If it's a mine, the game is over!
• Right Click / Long Press: Plant a flag on a tile you suspect hides a mine.
• Mobile Toggle: Switch between Digging and Flagging mode with the touch button.
• Smiley Button: Restart the board at any time.

Rules & Tips

• The numbers indicate exactly how many mines are adjacent in the surrounding 8 squares (horizontal, vertical, and diagonal).
• A blank square means there are zero adjacent mines — revealing one will automatically clear the surrounding cluster!
• Your very first click is guaranteed never to be a mine.
